History of the company

Founded in 2003, Gemond Boat, a private displacement yacht production company, offered a full cycle of yacht, motorboat, debarcader construction: from project development to construction, launching, after-sales service, repair, legal support and crew selection.

Production

The shipyard was located in Ukrainian Dnepropetrovsk (now Dnepr) on the river of the same name. The design was carried out by «Al»a Design Bureau from Mykolaiv, the full construction cycle was carried out at the shipyard. Some components and materials were bought in Europe: Swedish engines Volvo Penta, French fiberglass, diesel generators from Italy or Spain. Hulls were made of domestic shipbuilding steel, only high-quality natural materials were used in interior decoration.

Model range

The shipyard produced Freedom displacement yachts 12-13 meters long - vessels for leisure time on water. Reliable and economical, they offer the Owner a high level of comfort thanks to their well thought-out interior and low noise and vibration levels.

The full customization of the yacht was offered to the customer: technical characteristics, materials, design elements were discussed and approved before the beginning of the project development. In addition, the owner could come to the shipyard and personally follow the construction process.
