History of the company

The Eolo brand dates back to 1971, when a young engineer Achille Fortunato opened a small production facility in southern Italy. By the 80's the company had significantly expanded and increased its production, producing up to 300 boats a year. At that time the famous boat Alaua Girasole appeared, which was produced in two versions: with a hull under 25 hp and under 70 hp engine.

At the end of the decade there was a crisis in the marine industry, and to save the firm from bankruptcy, Achille sold the forms and the factory, but retained the rights to the brand. The company's revival came thanks to Achille's daughter, Mariachiara, in 2000 when the company presented the 710 EFB Cruiser at a show in Genoa.

Production

Until the shipbuilder could not catch up with the 80s. There is increased competition in the industry, but there is a positive trend. In 2013 the company absorbed AS Marine Italia and significantly increased its capacity. Today, the Sicilian Sant'Agata di Militello plant produces up to 150 boats per year. Around 30 employees are involved, not counting our own design and engineering departments.

Model range

The assortment of the company fully covers the market of small size vessels in the segment up to 10 meters. The range includes outboard and stationary motor boats, models for fishing. and quiet rest, boats with open deck, central console and caddy cabin, as well as cockpit cruise boats.

Features

Gel coatings that retain color and protect the boat from negative environmental impacts, expendable materials of famous brands, specially treated fabrics and materials suitable for use in all weather conditions - all this ensures high quality Eolo. The manufacturer is confident in the reliability of its vessels and offers a full five-year warranty on them.
