Construction

Hull, deck, bulkheads, structural interiors and reinforces made out from female moulds with hi density pvc core, unidirectional and multidirectional E-glass fiber with vacuum infused vinilester resin. All materials made in Europe.
Keel and logitudinal reinforcements made out of unidirectional solid E-glass fiber directly vacuum infused in the hull ( postcured at 50°).
Chainplates , forestay and backstay attacks vacuum laminated with unidirectional E-glass directly into the hull internal and external skins. (postcured at 60°).
Titanium fittings for shroud attacks.
Bonded Hull and deck joint with triple tapered bidirectional E-glass fiber banding , with vinilester resin, vacuum and postcured at 50°.
Natural white vinilester gelcoat finishing for hull and deck.
LOFT VERSION all composite interiors made out of lite pvc core and a mix of E-glass structure with vinilester resin postcured at 50°. INCLUDING 6 sleeping places in 3 cabins.
Composites light floorboards white antislip colored.
"Sea dek" superlight , antislip , NO-HEAT, EVA cover in cockpit and seats ( any style and color).
"Sea dek" on internal floorboards and stairway.
