The era of boring yachts is over, declares the Dynamiq Shipyard its new flagship, the 50m GTT 165.

Rapid profile with elongated water line, hydrofoils, solar panels, many flexible, sun and wind open recreation areas. The new Dynamiq flagship has absorbed all the highlights of the yachting industry in recent years.

What makes this yacht unique is the complex system of two interacting hydrofoils - the stern Hull Vane and the bow T-wing - which the best of the best have developed for Dynamiq: the famous Dutch naval architects Van Oossanen and the American Najad Dynamics, a world leader in the development of marine motion control systems.

The wings lift the lightweight hull of GTT 165 made of aluminum alloy Sealium above water, reducing resistance and increasing speed.

The result is an amazing performance for a 50 meter yacht, with a top speed of 20 knots (25 knots in a loaded GTS version) and the ability to cross the Atlantic without refuelling at 17 knots.

Dynamiq has relied on innovation from the very beginning - the brand offered its customers for the first time in the history of the conservative superyacht industry to build a yacht in an online configurator with transparent pricing. To build the hulls of its first boats, the GTT 130 and GTT 115, Dynamiq engaged top naval architects, setting a non-trivial challenge: to combine transatlantic range with good speed performance and absolute comfort on board. This is the philosophy behind Gran Tourismo Transatlantic (GTT), a new class of fast displacement yachts. GTT 165 is the crowning achievement of this philosophy.

«Price and performance are the main factors here," says Sergei Dobroserdov, CEO of Dynamiq. - GTT 165 is aimed at modern yacht owners who like to explore new directions and spend most of their time on open decks rather than in saloons. Dynamiq gives them the opportunity to quickly cross the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy two seasons a year in the Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean on a more practical size yacht at a very attractive starting price of € 24,400,000».

As with previous Dynamiq projects, GTT 165 has a lot of attention to the environment. It is possible to install a hybrid propulsion and to complement it with flexible solar panels with a total area of 55 square meters built into the roof of the superstructure. Solar energy will be enough to keep the air conditioning system running all night or for several hours to move at 5-6 knots with the main diesel engines turned off.

GTT 165 has a RINA Green Star Plus notation, confirming its high environmental class.

When planning recreation areas, the developers have relied on the maximum amount of natural light and air while maintaining privacy.

Both tasks are successfully solved by the widespread use of XIR glass with adjustable transparency - outsiders will not see what is happening inside the yacht and guests will be able to enjoy the views without suffering from harmful UV radiation. Know-how from the automotive industry, XIR glass retains up to 99% of the harmful rays, letting in as much light as possible. The best illustration of XIR's generous use is the GTT 165 beach club with its glass ceiling and walls behind which the spa hides.

A large outdoor lounge area is located on an almost 20 m long sandeboard: there is a large dining table, several sunbathing areas, a pool, a bar and a cinema. The middle part of the Sundeck, covered with hardtop, can be glassed up and turned into a sky lounge.

There is a layout with five or six cabins, in both cases the owner's cabin is located on the main deck.

Construction of the first GTT 165 will start this year at Dynamiq's Viareggio site. By the 2021 season, the boat can be delivered to the owner.
