Advertisers and Listing providers are solely responsible for ensuring that all Listing data is complete, accurate, current, legal, non-defamatory, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

8.5. IF YOU RELY ON ANY LISTING INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE, YOU DO SO SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

14.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ITBOAT PORTAL FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ITBOAT PORTAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

26.2. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any consolidated or representative proceeding.


27. Survival

28.1.
