The history of the company

The history of the Greek shipyard Golden Yachts began quite unusually: first Goldenport Ship Management, founded in 1982. The company was engaged in marine cargo transportation and owned its own fleet of dry cargo and container ships. By 1996 the company had set up an additional division that provided superyacht design and construction support services.

Subsequently, the small department grew into a full-fledged shipyard with its own design studio, and the boats of the shipbuilder are now popular around the world.

Production

Golden Yachts built its first boats at the SRN shipyard in Turkey and in China, but as demand grew, the company acquired its own production facilities and established cooperation with leading European contractors and suppliers.

Fleet

The shipyard designs and builds vessels with aluminum and steel hulls ranging in length from 28.5 to 95 meters. Golden Yachts naval architects are flexible in their work and can design economical transatlantic crossings and fast superyachts.
