Like Savarona (136m), Delphine (78m) and Haida (71m), Talitha belongs to a generation of vintage yachts. Designed by Soch & Stevens at the beginning of the 20th century, Talitha has changed owners several times and was even in the service of the U.S. Navy during World War II. Today, Talitha can accommodate 12 passengers in her elegant accommodations. Powered by twin 1,400 horsepower Caterpillar engines, she will cover 4,500 miles at a cruising speed of 13 knots. She is the property of the Getty family. It is used more often than any other by Gordon, son of Paul Getty, founder of the Texaco oil company and a $2 billion fortune.

Formerly called Reveler; Chalena; Carola; USS Beaumont; Elpetal; Jezebel; Talitha G
