History of the company

Although Turkish shipbuilders are known for their craftsmanship and long tradition, their colleagues at the NEDSHIP Group have been able to fundamentally change the idea of what kind of yachts can be launched in this country. The company has been successfully operating for over thirty years under the leadership of Egon Faiss.

The name of the shipyard reflects the fundamental principles of its activity - Nautical, Environment and Design, i.e. navigation, environment and design.

At the beginning of its activity NEDSHIP acted as a subcontractor for several well-known brands on the market, and its creations in this capacity were repeatedly awarded with prestigious prizes. However, in 2008, against the background of the global financial crisis, it was decided to introduce its own products to the market. In addition to traditional motor yachts of Luxury class, the company was able to establish production of innovative electric vessels using the energy of the sun, moving them from the category of technical exotics to the category of working solutions. Since 1985, the shipyard has produced more than 350 yachts.

The shipyard is located in the free economic zone of Antalya and has everything necessary for a full cycle of shipbuilding production.

Fleet

NEDSHIP works successfully in several directions at once. Firstly, they are motor and sailing megayachts with composite hull and consistently luxurious finish. Secondly, they are small but expensive compact vessels - designer runabouts and tenders. And finally, the most high-tech group of boats are electric solar-powered boats ranging in size from a small family boat to a tourist catamaran for 50 people. They provide their environmentally responsible owners with an almost unlimited supply of silent running. Besides, the firm builds hardy expedition yachts and trawlers. All production of the shipyard is made under the scheme of Full Custom taking into account individual wishes of the customer.

One of the main features of NEDSHIP is the well-proven and reliable electric and hybrid drive circuit, as well as the integration of solar panels into the yacht's design without compromising her performance and running characteristics.
