One of the most important yachting events of the year - Cannes Yachting Festival-2018 - will take place on the French Riviera from 11 to 16 September. Europe's largest boat show will feature around 600 boats from 5 to 55 metres in length, including 120 world premieres. We offer a selection of the most interesting superyachts from the upcoming exhibition.

Azimut Grande 32 Metri

The 32-meter yacht has been designed by the famous Stefano Righini and her interiors are by the equally famous Achille Salvagni. The boat boasts a spacious beach club and a side loading garage that easily accommodates a five metre tender and a three-metre Jet Ski. The new boat is designed in the same style as the latest models built by the shipyard and features a carbon fibre superstructure to reduce the centre of gravity. The Grande 32 will be accompanied by 14 other Azimut boats, including this year's two bright premieres, the Grande 25 Metri and the Azimut S6.

Pearl 95

The largest boat ever built by the British shipyard Pearl Yachts. The 29 metre semi-deck is designed by Dixon Yacht Design and the interiors by renowned designer Kelly Hoppen. The highlight of the model is a large beach club with hinged panels on both sides and an adjacent tender garage. The area for rest at the stern is increased by launching a tender, jet ski and other water toys.

Custom Line Navetta 42

Today the Navetta 42 from Ferretti Group with a gross tonnage of 300 register tons is the largest Custom Line yacht. The four decks have several spacious areas for outdoor relaxation, while the interior of the boat has been customised for the owner. Aft of the superyacht is a beach club at sea level. The tender garage opens to the port side, so that the tender and water toys launching area is separated from the rest area.

Arcadia A105

At this festival, the third building of Arcadia A105 series will debut. The spacious interiors of the 31.57 meter yacht can comfortably accommodate eight guests and five crew members. The upper deck features a sky lounge and an outdoor seating area of 65 square metres. The dining areas in the saloon and aft can accommodate over 20 guests.

Bandazul

The 30-metre Bandazul, recently handed over to the owner, will be presented at the boat show along with six other smaller models from Princess Yachts. At the owner's request, the yacht has a number of differences from the original Princess 30M design, with an extended hardtop flybridge and a modified cockpit. In addition, the owner has ordered a four-cabin layout instead of the standard five cabins, which has taken up the entire 6.9m width of the lower deck.

Asymmetric SL102

Sanlorenzo's revolutionary asymmetric SL102 design was the solution to a painful question - the need to choose between the customer's desire to use the entire width of the boat as a guest space and the crew's need to move quickly and safely from one end of the boat to the other while servicing it. The designers left the aft to starboard passage only, thus maximizing the area of the salon and master cabin. BMW designer Chris Bangle is the author of the idea, while the interior design was undertaken by Zuccon International. The model has several modifications, including two engine variants, and with the top engine the yacht is able to reach the speed of 28 knots.

Uriamir

Uriamir is the second hull of Benetti's Delfino 95 range, the boat was handed over to the owner in May this year. At the customer's request, the yacht has a number of individual features. Her interiors combine light and dark tones, and several marbles are used in the decoration. Other features of the 28.95-meter yacht include a retractable TV in the lounge area, a spa pool on the fordek and a garage for the 4.4-meter tender.

Custom Line 120

This 38.36 metre superyacht was designed by the famous Francesco Paszkowski. The semi-displacement Custom Line 120 has a fiberglass hull and can accommodate up to ten people, not counting crew members. The owner has an apartment on the main deck and guests are accommodated in four cabins on the lower deck. On the upper deck there is a shaded lounge with a bar and an outdoor sunbathing area with a bimini top and spa pool.

Sunseeker 131

The 40-metre Sunseeker 131, which the British shipyard intends to present at the Cannes show, is the largest model in the range. The three-deck yacht is equipped with the manufacturer's traditional V-shaped hull. The future owner is given the opportunity to customize each design and layout element. The standard layout includes five cabins for ten guests, but the number of beds can be increased to 12. The boat features a large number of outdoor seating areas. It can reach speeds of up to 23 knots and at cruising ten knots it can travel 1,500 nautical miles.

Ferretti Yachts 670

The yacht is characterized by a number of non-standard solutions in the organization of space: the 20.2 meter boat from Ferretti boasts a 25 square meter flybridge and a bow dedicated to the accommodation of guests, which can be transformed into a spacious additional recreation area. In addition, the master suite is equipped with a dressing room and work area, which is typical of much larger yachts.

Lejos 3

Built in August last year, the Lejos 3 is the fourth hull in the Fast 125 series. The 38.1-meter boat from Benetti is characterized by the individual external style that Stefano Righini has worked on. For the interior design the British studio RWD was involved. There are two swimming pools on the boat - on the Sundeck and in the lounge area at the bow.

Marla

The first 32XP, designed by Can Yalman, made its debut in Cannes last year. The 32.5m Explorer from Numarine can accommodate up to twelve guests and five crew members. Its steel displacement hull and spacious interiors allow the owner to cruise long distances in comfort. Particular attention has been paid to noise insulation during the construction of the yacht - on board Marla the noise level does not exceed 45 decibels. Next year the shipbuilder plans to launch two more hulls of this model.

Majesty 100

Majesty 100 is the first model in the shipyard's collection with a partially enclosed flybridge that allows guests to enjoy panoramic views from the sky lounge. The yacht offers accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins and one master suite. The new yacht will appear at the Cannes Yacht Festival together with Majesty 125.
