Company history

Dickies International has been the main dealer of Lagoon Power catamarans for many years. After the shipbuilder left the market, the company could not find a new worthy partner and organized its own shipyard Jaguar Catamarans, which in 2015 moved to the Chinese giant Hudson Yacht Group (HYG).

In 2017 the concern stopped production of all models of Jaguar Catamarans. All new multihulls were built under the same brand Hudson Powercats. It is noteworthy that HYG for two years conducted market analysis, producing similar models under two different brands. This policy has helped to determine, experimentally, what customers are more inclined to and develop an optimal strategy for further development.

Production .

The company's production facilities are located in the port city of Xiamen, close to the South China Sea coast. Hudson independently designs, develops and builds all models.

Not only Chinese specialists work on catamarans - HYG can be rightly called an international company. The French, Italians, British and other specialists with many years of experience in shipbuilding work on projects here.

Model range

The yard's portfolio includes three models ranging in length from 14 to 18 meters. All Hudson motor cruising catamarans are equipped with flybridges, which adds space due to the upper deck.

Features .

Catamarans Hudson set a new standard for multihulls. First of all the non-standard layout of boats is evident, there are no narrow cabins usual for catamarans: spacious premises are provided for owners and guests. The shipyard's models also feature reduced fuel consumption.
