Platou Architects

Founded in 1978, Bavaria is today one of the world's largest sailing and motor yacht builders. Although production volumes have fallen dramatically since the 2009 crisis, the company's boathouses leave more than 1,500 vessels 28 to 55 feet long each year. The majority of these (approximately 60%) are sailing yachts in the two series, the Cruiser and Vision, and the rest are motor yachts in the Sport and Virtess series. Bavaria's products are characterized by rather low prices, due to which its yachts have a very favorable price/quality ratio.
