Brand History

Founded in 2000 Newcruise - Yacht Projects & Design has become one of the most famous German studios in its rich history. It is one of the few companies in its segment that have opened two satellite offices in Palma de Mallorca and Miami in addition to the main office in Hamburg.

Philosophy

The studio likes to say: «Creating a yacht can be a fantastic experience, but only if all aspects of design really work together and easily fall into place as the details of the puzzle, not only on paper, but also in practice and during assembly».

Specialty

Newcruise is ready to offer a turnkey project with full superyacht construction support prior to testing and delivery to the customer. The studio's specialists design the naval architecture, exterior and interior, providing a complete package of documents. There are also several successful refits in the portfolio.

Cooperation with shipyards

The company is involved in projects in shipyards around the world. With many shipbuilders it was possible to build more than one boat. In the motorboat segment, cooperation was established with Lloyd, Nobiskrug, Viareggio, Benetti, Feadship, Moonen and others. On luxury sailing yachts the company managed to work with Conrad and Vitters.

Landmark projects

Newcruise was involved in the exterior design for the famous 115-metre superyacht Luna. The ship was built for Roman Abramovich and was launched in 2010. Thanks to the efforts of the studio's engineers and designers, Explorer has no limitations in terms of sailing regions. The boat has also become the world's largest boat with diesel-electric engines.

Roland Kruger's team brings together talented engineers, architects, designers and other specialists from a wide range of industries. They are all united by their love of the sea.
