Brand History
Nicola Fontanella founded Argent Design in 1997 in the living room of her own home. At the turn of the 2000s she turned to her friend Tina Green, wife of British tycoon Philip Green, to join the company and become its creative director. At the time, Tina already had experience designing and owning her own superyacht, which came in handy at her new job.
Philosophy .
The design of the Argent team is characterized by careful detailing. Each element is harmoniously integrated into the overall picture, emphasizing the refined style and certainly meets all the owner's needs.
Specialty
Nowadays the company designs the exterior and interior of boats of custom class. The British studio is also famous for its projects for private and commercial real estate. For example, Fontanella created interiors for Madonna and Guy Ritchie. The studio designs a collection of furniture, lighting, bedding and countertops under the Maison Lalique brand.
Cooperation with shipyards
In the marine sector the company works mainly with Italian shipyards, among which are Mangusta, ISA, Benetti and Custom Line.
Landmark projects
Nicola and Tina created the interiors for the 65-meter Lionheart by Benetti (owned by Philip Green) and for her Silver Angel systerchip. Argent Design also noted in work on the famous Casta Diva.
Team
Argent Design employs 30 people in its studio, which is an impressive staff for a design company. The firm has three representative offices in the UK, Monaco and the USA. The headquarters are located in London.
