The 138-foot Sofia, Moonen’s largest custom-built superyacht, has recently been launched in the Netherlands for a repeat client of the yard. Upon customer request, a unique three-seater submarine that can descend to a depth of 100m is also onboard. Naturally only high tech solutions were used during construction: room control including lighting, blinds and climate control via iPad, infrared TV camera on the main mast, «man overboard system» with personal tracking of each passenger.
