In February, Miami hosts the largest boat show in North America every year – the Miami Boat Show. In 2017, attendees at the show ate 1,750 servings of Killer Melts truck fried cheese over the 5 days of the event, washing it all down with 1,750 bottles of champagne – a bottle for each serving. Which wasn’t a lot, considering the combined attendance of over 100,000 people from 35 countries. They are spread across more than a million square feet of exhibited boats, parts, and related products valued at $3 billion.
