Graduated from Odessa National Maritime Academy in marine engineering and completed Superyacht Management and Refit & Newbuilding certifications at Marine Training Academy (UK). Deeply knowledgeable about the Mediterranean — cruising routes, agents, shipyards, and suppliers. Manages refit projects at yards across Italy, the Netherlands, and France, working with insurers and classification societies. Certified in LY3, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISM, ISPS, MLC, and STCW.
