Lulu Tao is an exceptionally prepared and proven bluewater cruiser, offering a rare opportunity to acquire a yacht that has been meticulously upgraded and successfully tested on one of the world's great ocean passages. Purchased by her current owners in 2022 as the ideal vessel for a planned circumnavigation, she was chosen for her renowned Bruce Farr performance hull, outstanding offshore capabilities and rewarding sailing characteristics.
Following her purchase in Italy, Lulu Tao was sailed to Denmark, where she underwent an extensive eight-month refit before departing on an extraordinary voyage of more than 20,000 nautical miles across the Atlantic and Pacific to French Polynesia. During this comprehensive refit, she received an outstanding list of upgrades including a new North Sails inventory, complete Garmin navigation suite, Victron electrical system, solar installation, renewed standing rigging and extensive structural reinforcement by Jakob Jensen Shipyard. Numerous mechanical and cosmetic improvements were also completed, resulting in a yacht that is stronger and better equipped than when she originally left the factory.
Having successfully completed the owners' dream voyage, Lulu Tao is now offered for sale as they move on to their next adventure. She represents an exceptional opportunity for discerning sailors seeking a thoroughly proven, professionally upgraded and genuinely ocean-ready cruising yacht, whether for a circumnavigation or extended offshore adventures.
