This 2021 Beneteau Antares 8 OB presents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a beautifully maintained and well-equipped example of this hugely popular and versatile model. Powered by a Suzuki APX 250hp outboard engine with just 90 hours of use and most recently serviced in April 2026, she offers an excellent combination of performance, practicality and comfort for days on the water and extended weekends away!
The Antares 8 is renowned for making exceptional use of its space, with a bright and practical wheelhouse complemented by patio-style sliding doors and manually opening port and starboard windows. The versatile saloon features a reversible co-pilot seat and a dining table that converts to provide a secondary berth, while the forward cabin benefits from an infill cushion to extend the sleeping accommodation. A separate enclosed heads compartment with a Jabsco manual toilet, sink and tap adds further comfort for longer stays aboard, while the galley is equipped with an Eno gas hob, Isotherm refrigerator, sink and freshwater system!
Outside, the spacious cockpit is designed to adapt easily between relaxing, entertaining and days spent enjoying the water. Sliding extendable cockpit seating, cockpit cushions, a wooden cockpit table with cover and additional sun pad infill cushions create a superb social space, while twin bathing platforms, an aft shower and reboarding swim ladder make access to the water straightforward. There is also excellent storage throughout the boat, including useful compartments beneath the flooring and seating!
Her comprehensive specification includes a Garmin chartplotter, Side-Power bow thruster, electric anchor windlass controllable from both the helm and anchor locker, Suzuki engine data display, Fusion entertainment system with Sony marine speakers inside and out, shore power, navigation lights, windscreen wipers and washers, fishing rod holders and much more. Full manuals for the boat and its equipment are also included!
Berthed in Brixham and clearly well cared for by her current owner, this Antares 8 has covered just 90 engine hours and represents an excellent turnkey opportunity for her next owner. The current Brixham berth is also available, subject to separate agreement and marina approval, providing an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to keep the boat in this sought-after South Devon location!
A superb all-round family cruiser with low engine hours, a strong specification and the reassurance of a recent engine service, viewing is highly recommended!
