For sale — Monaco — €79,000 including VAT The First 30 JK is one of the most accomplished cruising-racing sailboats of its generation: designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian, with a double rudder and tiller, it combines lively and demanding marine behavior with a complete layout for family cruising. The unit offered is a well-maintained example, registered in Monaco since 2015, VAT paid and free of LOA and any rights. A boat ready to sail With its 9.81 m hull and Yanmar 3YM20 engine of 21 hp on sail-drive (approximately 700 hours, consumption around 3 l/h), the boat is immediately available for coastal navigation as well as for racing. All halyards and sheets are led back to the cockpit on clutches, served by four self-tailing Harken winches with double speed. Halyards and sheets made of Dyneema replaced in 2024. An exceptional wardrobe: two complete sets of sails This is the major asset of this unit. The main sail set from Delta Voiles (2018) includes a cruising mainsail of 35 m² with reduced roach, tri-radial cut in DCX polyester laminate, full batten with five battens and three reefs, as well as a genoa on a Vortex furler of 29.51 m² with double tri-radial cut, luff with battens, draft control on the luff, and anti-UV strip. The original North Sails set (Dacron full batten mainsail and medium genoa) remains available as a second set. Additionally, there is a brand new asymmetrical spinnaker with a sock, a Code D Delta Voiles on a Karver furler in very good condition, and a brand new storm jib never used — a sail inventory rarely gathered on a boat of this size. Comfort and equipment Two cabins and four berths, saloon with blond oak Alpi finish, kitchen with sink, stove, and 12 V refrigerator, bathroom with toilet, black water tank, and three-way valve. Hot and cold water via a 25 l electric water heater and engine. 220 V shore power, Cristec 40 A charger, two new Gel Exide AGM service batteries of 70 Ah from 2025. Navigation and safety Raymarine P70 autopilot on a perfect condition tiller with remote control (new battery), Tacktick wireless instruments and fully functional multifunction repeaters, VHF RO 4800 with AIS and VHF ASN connected to GPS, electric windlass with remote control. Offshore self-righting liferaft for 24 hours, serviced in 2025. In full transparency, some of the original electronics (tri-data pack, Raymarine E7 chartplotter, i70 repeater) need to be serviced or replaced — this is factored into the pricing.
