"Bullit" is a well maintained example of the Beneteau Oceanis 40, an extremely popular high performance cruising yacht capable of both day sailing in the Chesapeake bay and blue water cruising. "Bullit" is the rare three cabin 2 head version, featuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, in addition to having a larger, more heavily equipped linear galley to the port side of the saloon. This type of layout has become increasingly popular in recent years, featured in many modern designs. The Beneteau 40 is a delight to sail, powering up quickly in light air, while being easy to handle with the breeze is up.
Her attentive owner has upgraded nearly every system to create the ultimate cruising platform, ensuring safe and comfortable adventures with family and friends. She comes equipped with a 4-person life raft, an inflatable canoe, extensive safety gear including Ocean PFDs with LED strobes, a PEPWAVE Marine WiFi/Cell booster for extended offshore range, and much more. Maintained with meticulous care—including a dehumidifier, regular servicing, and exceptional hygiene—Bullit is a well-prepared, reliable, and thoroughly cared-for sailboat, ready for her next journey.
