Design & Layout
With an overall length of around 28 feet and a beam of 8’6”, the 260 Sundancer is easily trailerable yet spacious enough to accommodate family and friends comfortably. Her graceful lines, molded fiberglass arch, and sweeping windshield create a classic, sporty profile that still turns heads at the dock.
Cockpit Features
The cockpit is thoughtfully arranged for both entertaining and cruising, with wraparound seating, a removable table, and a wet bar with sink. A double-wide helm seat with flip-up bolster offers excellent visibility, and a well-laid-out dash includes full instrumentation and room for electronics. The integrated swim platform with boarding ladder adds convenience for swimmers and water sports.
Cabin Comforts
Below deck, the cabin is impressively spacious for a boat of this size. It features a V-berth/dinette forward, a mid-cabin berth, and a compact galley equipped with a single-burner stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. A fully enclosed head with sink and shower makes overnight stays comfortable. Rich cherry wood cabinetry and plush upholstery give the cabin a warm, inviting feel.

Typically powered by a single MerCruiser 5.7L Bravo III sterndrive (or similar), the 260 Sundancer offers solid cruising speeds in the 25-30 mph range, with smooth handling and responsive controls. Whether you’re exploring inland lakes or coastal waters, she provides a confident and enjoyable ride.
