10 years after the appearance of the coupe Fairline 58 Targa GT, the company decided to rethink the model. Targa 58 GTB is the first UK hardtop cruising yacht under 24.8 metres and boasts a full beach club.
Exterior and interior design
The design of the models was developed by Alberto Mancini and the naval architecture studio J&J.
The aft folding boards allow for additional expansion of the beach club and swimming platform area. The Williams 345 Jet Rib tender and Seadoo Spark Jet Ski can be stored here while cruising. In the parking areas, the space can be used to relax and enjoy a barbecue cooked on a pull-out grill by lowering the equipment on the water with the hydraulic drive of the bathing platform.
Amenities on board
The lower deck has enough space for three double cabins (master, VIP and guest). Another small space aft can be used as a pantry with access from the cockpit or as a crew cabin with separate bathroom.
The designers have not been stingy with glass, so all 58 GTB interior spaces have no shortage of natural light.
Features .
Future owners can choose from four sets of finishing textiles created by AM Yacht Design in collaboration with Fairline, each inspired by a region: the architecture of Liguria and the Amalfi Coast of the Sorrento Peninsula in Italy, the East Coast of the USA, Capri or the French Saint-Tropez.
Swimming area
CE Category B certification means the model is suitable for offshore voyages up to 40 knots in wind and 3.9 meters wave. But the main purpose of the 58 GTB is still rather to be a floating base during a long stay in some picturesque secluded bay.
