The CR 500 DS was derived from the CR 480 DS by replacing the last transom with a classical overhang with a long lead. As a result of this solution, a very spacious master suite with a large number of lockers can be accommodated aft. The CR 500 DS is a serious boat for very long hauls, as a result of which the yacht is equipped with a powerful and reliable engine and has a large stock of water and fuel stored in stainless steel tanks. The hull has a developed metal frame bends that take loads from the keel and from the mast, which increases rigidity and durability of the whole construction of the vessel. Special attention was paid by the designers to noise and heat insulation of this boat, designed to sail in the most difficult conditions.
