The younger model in the Adagio family of trawler motor yachts, the Sundeck 40, has two cabins, with one cabin always aft on Sundeck boats. Due to the visually significant hardtop over the cockpit, the profile resembles boots, but before laughing at the exterior, it is worth assessing the habitability and seaworthiness of the boat.
The French offer a choice of four engine manufacturers - Volvo, Yanmar, Perkins and Cummins - but only proven propeller shafts are used as drives for an efficient transitional housing. The maximum speed of a yacht with a 260 hp engine is 15 knots, and in displacement mode on a cruising 10 knots it shows very economical fuel consumption.
