After almost 10 years, the French have returned to the boats segment less than 10 meters. Sun Odyssey 319 was introduced at the end of 2018, and in early 2019 it was voted «Yacht of the Year» by Sail Magazine.
Exterior and interior design
Designed by the shipyard's in-house office, the Sun Odyssey 319 is strikingly similar to old good Polish yachts. Of course the equipment of the boats is different, but when you stand at the helm you will remember exactly how you used to walk on rivers and canals. Against the background of the rapid lines of the older sisters, the 319 looks a bit full on the midshipman, but it does not spoil her at all. If you order a sports «package» with sailing arms, the feeling of flying at low altitude is guaranteed.
Amenities on board
With a hull length of 9.5 m and a width of 3.4 m, everything you need can barely fit inside. But still there is a galley, bathroom, two sofas, a dining table and two cabins. The aft cabin is a real underground with a very wide sunbed for two; the forward cabin is cramped, but there are sunbeds at 1.8 m and lockers for clothes.
