The 24m Nordhavan N80 expedition trawler was launched in February 2018.
Exterior and interior design
The modern and dynamic appearance of the N80 was developed within the walls of Nordhavan itself, where this model is called «a pocket superyacht». Shipyard Chief Designer Jeff Leishman notes that he wanted to give her a «more yachting, less commercial appearance». The boat stands out with its perfectly straight, continuous board line and forward deck, which is almost parallel to the waterline. Interior design has been entrusted to Dutch Vripack, who painted a Scandinavian style laconic and cozy interior in muted colors of wood and natural materials.
Amenities on board
The three-deck design creates a lot of space on board. Four cabins (including the owner's forward cabin) can accommodate up to eight guests. The main deck features a salon and dining area. A Jacuzzi on the upper deck, a large bathing platform and space for two tenders complete the picture.

Despite its excellent comfort, the N80 is above all a reliable expedition vessel. The bezels of the fiberglass hull are made in such a way as to protect the propellers as much as possible when in contact with the bottom. In addition, the optimal hydrodynamics of the underwater part significantly increases the fuel efficiency of the boat.
Swimming area
The N80 is positioned by the manufacturer as an ocean class vessel. Two 375 hp diesel engines in combination with 1,8000-liter fuel tanks make it easy to cross the Atlantic even in the most unfavourable weather conditions.
