Exterior and Interior Design
In 2016 fans of the French shipyard were pleasantly surprised by the new Dufour Grand Large 460. The sport cruising yacht with its popular Mediterranean cockpit has retained its family look in the exterior and has taken advantage of the larger yacht range. The architecture of the 46-foot yacht was designed by Umberto Felci Design Studio.
Amenities on board
From the 500 series the boat has inherited a grill at the stern, which can be accessed from a folding bathing platform. The cockpit also has a folding table, small fridge and comfortable seats. There is little space on the lower deck (affected by the narrower hull) but it is still cozy. The boat will attract the attention of both private owners and will be a worthy addition to the charter fleet. There is a choice of layouts with 3-5 cabins.

The Dufour Grand Large 460 is a compromise for lovers of lazy «yachting» and singles: the basic equipment includes an automatic staysail that classic yacht enthusiasts can easily transfer to manual operation.
Swimming area
The boat is well prepared to go out into the ocean, but for private ownership and long distance travel it is still worth giving preference to a three- or four-cabin version.
