Exterior and interior
The Britannia 74 is produced in the traditional style of the 1920s and 30s, but carries the modern design and technological ideas used in the Discovery Yachts cruising yacht park. The yacht was designed by Ron Holland in collaboration with Paul Spooner Yacht Design.
Amenities on board
Unlike early 20th century wooden yachts, Britannia 74 offers the comfort level of modern Discovery cruisers. The elegant interior of Britannia is in a classic redwood version. Three luxurious suites are offered for guests. The master stateroom occupies the aft area and has a huge bathtub - you will not find such volume on authentic classic yachts.

Britannia 74 is built of fiberglass using wood veneer. Sailing arms and rankings suggest easy handling, unlike the real sailing classics, where one cannot do without a command. The mainsail is curled into a mast, the front is a self-tipping jib and the genoa, both on twists.

Despite its classic look, Britannia 74 is still the brainchild of Discovery Yachts, known for its offshore cruisers. You can sail this yacht as far as you want. And if you're just bored of cruising, there are plenty of classic regattas in the Mediterranean or Britain, and you can diversify your leisure time with the «latest classics» from Britannia.
