Inspired by the swift forms of the flying arrow, Turkish designer Timur Bozca has unveiled a concept for a 70-metre Black Swan sailing superyacht.

«I believe that simplicity is an important factor in creating elegant and clean shapes and lines in design. I was inspired by the powerful image of the boom», to create an aerodynamic exterior that would give the yacht an authentic look while improving her performance.

The exterior and interior of Black Swan are ruled by minimalism and dark tones.

Guests access the yacht from the helipad on the roof via a secret elevator ride between decks. The large outdoor seating area is located on the extended aft deck, which can accommodate 12 sun pads and an infinity edge pool. At the bow of the boat there are two large balconies that offer a great panoramic view of the sea.

Triangular portholes allow natural light to flood the interior spaces. In the general area, the black bulkheads are offset with white furniture while the staterooms are finished in brown tones. There are seven staterooms including the master cabin. The yacht can accommodate up to 12 guests.

» Four 5,793 hp engines will give «Black Swan a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 28 knots.

Timur Bocka was «Young Designer of the Year last year» ShowBoats Design Awards. He won with the design of the 55-metre sailing yacht Cauta, using the Dynarig sailing system.
