The winner of the regatta, which ended June 26 at the St. Petersburg River Yacht Club of Trade Unions, was Alexander Yezhkov's PIRogovo crew. The crew of Evgeny Neugodnikov «Lord of Sails - Europe» (Yekaterinburg) left with silver. Representatives of PIRogovo Yacht Club from Moscow Region with Anatoly Karachinsky at the helm also took bronze.

All in all 23 crews fought for the unique cup in the form of a sailboat which will pass from year to year to the strongest team of the St. Petersburg stage of the National Sailing League.

The League stage lasted for three days.

«The first day was calm and», the second was nervous and even aggressive, and the third was really exhausting.

On Sunday, due to lack of wind, only two races were held, and the fleet spent many hours on the water waiting for the start. All in all there were 22 races within three days of the regatta.

As a result, some teams had six races under their belt, while others had eight races under their belt.

In such a situation, the Regulation of the competition dictates the following scoring: the teams that did not get enough starts are recorded the average points of the races held.

The National Sailing League is the largest regatta of the All-Russian Sailing Federation. In 2016, it consists of six stages. The first stage of the regatta was held in Sochi and the secondin Moscow. Regattas will also be held in Konakovo, Vladivostok and Sochi.
