Feadship has launched a 57-metre yacht with an impressive name Halo .. She was completed in a record time of 33 months. She was inspired by a Feadship charter voyage on one of the Feadship yachts.

The yacht is set up for the owner and his guests. The sun deck is approximately 5 metres longer than other boats of similar size. The Jacuzzi can be easily transformed into an automatic sun awning. Aft there are two garages designed for eight-metre tenders.

With a cruising speed of 16 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles, she is designed to cruise the world.

What makes Halo remarkable is her unusual exterior styling, which was developed by Eidsgaard Design in response to a number of client requests. The off-white hull looks great with its darkened windows, but the most striking detail is the silver, metallic arches that support the roof of the sun deck. Halo can be translated as a halo, or crown, as well as a halo, a beautiful atmospheric phenomenon where a rainbow circle appears around the sun.

The name chosen, in our editorial opinion, is a clear reference to the boat's character.

The interior design, developed by the Bernardi Peschard studio, combines light oak and dark tones of wood with bronze inlays.

The wheelhouse has been designed with attention to detail, and the owner intends to spend a considerable amount of time here.

Feadship's director Dick van Lent commented: «Due to the tight timeframe in which she had to be completed, the naval architects and designers worked closely together, with extensive 3D modelling and detailed engineering processes.».
