On the eve of Boot Düsseldorf Azimut Yachts showed a video of the flagship of its sporty line, the yacht Grande S10.

The exterior design of the 28.7-meter yacht was createdby Alberto Mancini. He looked for inspiration in the sailing superyachts, modern beach villas in Malibu(USA) and novelties of the automobile world. The Grande S10 lines show unmistakable sporty genes.

«I was given a blank piece of paper - it was like a dream come true. I thought my idea was probably too crazy and that they were about to kick me out, but they said, "Let's try it!" » ," Alberto Mancini quotes Boat International as saying.

From Malibu Villas, Mancini borrowed, among other things, the idea of a centrally located staircase leading up to the flybridge.

The interior, from design studioFrancesco Guida, is clean, modern and welcoming. At 6.34 metres wide, the yacht will feature four guest cabins (accommodating eight guests) and two crew cabins (accommodating three or four people). The customer may order the fabrics, leather and wood for the interior decoration on request, as Azimut Grande S10 is a semi-custom project.

The yacht has plenty of open space. The garage door aft hinges to form a beach club.

The glass doors separating the saloon and open air relaxation area can be lifted away to fully integrate the spaces.

The two 2,600 hp MTU engines provide a top speed of 35 knots for a planing flybridge yacht. The hull is made of carbon fiber and fiberglass.

It should be noted that the construction of Azimut Grande S10 was announced in April 2017.
