First the sail, then everyone!

"Battleship" Vladimir Lubomirov tore his sail on the first day of competition in the final stage of the 52 Super Series of the 2017 season - Menorca Sailing Week 2017. In that race - the only one all day - the Russian boat was going fifth but finished ninth due to the breakdown. However, yesterday, on the second day of the regatta, Armadillo managed to fully rehabilitate itself: the team won its first victory, overtaking the season leaders, Germans from Platoon, in the last stretch. Thanks to this victory, the Russians moved up to fourth place in the Menorca Sailing Week 2017 standings. The team is only 2 points away from the top three.
