Formosa as a project was presented in April 2012 at the Hainan Rendez-Vous and immediately found a buyer - an Asian yachtsman. Most likely, the boat was named after the historical name of the island of Taiwan.
Interior and exterior design
«The Formosa» was designed by the yard's own design department, which is why she looks similar to many other Benetti yachts.
It is known that the owner was personally involved in the interior decoration of the five-deck yacht and the interiors are a mixture of East and West.
