Named after the iconic surfer's wave off the coast of Fiji, the Abeking & Rasmussen explorer megayacht Cloudbreak is designed for long-distance wanderings in search of new emotions and adventures.
Exterior and Interior Design
The rugged exterior that gives the Explorer its brutal appearance contrasts with the much softer, more elegant interior, somewhat reminiscent of cozy mountain chalets. The already spacious living areas seem even more spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Regardless of the sailing region, the owner and his guests can relax and dine in the winter garden that can be easily transformed from enclosed to open and back thanks to the glass sliding panels.
Onboard amenities
The four-deck yacht has everything to feel comfortable and not to need anything: a fireplace, a gym, a large swimming pool, a SPA-center with a sauna and a massage room... Speaking of the wellness area, one can't help but notice that the designers have provided a separate corridor leading from there straight to the guest cabins.
The master suite has a private mini-cinema and a starboard balcony with a full bed, where the owner (or renter) will surely want to spend the night under the stars in fine weather.
The boat carries an entire fleet of tenders, water toys, and a helicopter, and the compartment for snowboarding, skiing, and heli-skiing equipment holds an arsenal of all necessary gear.
When not needed, the helipad, equipped with an automatic refueler, fire suppression system, and wind and roll indicators, turns into a dance floor for noisy parties.
Features
The highlight of Cloudbreak is an obsession with outdoor activities and sports - for example, there is even a unique ski room with the appropriate equipment and boot dryer. Or there's a separate cabin for a personal trainer/instructor.
