This 104-foot luxury yacht was developed in William Fife in 1923 and is very well proportioned. She has pine cladding on an oak kit and her superstructure is made of teak. Built for Scottish cotton industrialist Kenneth Mackenzie Clark, she was his property for only one year before being sold to Charles Livingston, founder of the Cunard shipping line. After changing about a dozen owners over the ensuing years, she was purchased by her current owner in 1992, and a year later her restoration began. Although the goal was to use as much original material as possible, 90% of the trim and kit parts below the CVL and 60% above had to be replaced. The steel floras were replaced with new cast bronze. Some of the original furniture inside has been retained, but for all the similarities to the original, the interior is actually completely new.
