The long-awaited Riva Dolceriva was first presented at the autumn exhibition in Cannes in 2019 along with the larger Riva 90 Argo.
Interior and exterior design
The owners of Officina Italiana Design Studio Sergio Beretta and Mauro Micheli were directly involved in the creation of the boat. The designers were looking for inspiration in modern sports cars, which can be read in neatly honed hull shapes and stylish, sophisticated windscreens. The interiors are made in the best Italian traditions: natural leather, mahogany, carbon and stainless steel.
The amenities on board
An open cruising yacht in the cockpit can gather up to eight people at a spacious mahogany table. Closer to the stern, there is a separated aisle sanpad for two guests. The lower deck has a cosy lounge and galley, as well as two separate cabins. There is only one bathroom in this layout, but otherwise the comfort of the Dolceriva is as good as that of a larger boat.
Features
The rounded stern of the designer yacht is adorned by a folding bathing platform with two built-in sun loungers. The boat is also available with one double cabin in the forward section. The space then available is taken up by the salon and a large pantry (or crew cabin).
Swimming area
The boat is designed for a warm Mediterranean climate. She is designed in the classic tradition of Riva with an emphasis on speed, not autonomy. The boat can travel up to 230 miles, so it is not worth going far from the shore.
