The exterior and interior design
Following the successful Bali 4.3 sailboat, the French shipyard, together with Xavier Faÿ and Lasta Design, decided to create a motor version of the multihull and in 2017 released the 4.3 MY. The boat turned out to look like a sailing sister, but the designers did not «cut» the mast easily. The first thing that catches your eye is the presence of a bathing platform at the stern and moving the tender upwards.
Amenities on board
The interior spaces have changed, but only slightly. The aft cockpit and saloon are separated by a door, which can also be lifted like a garage door. The catamaran has a large galley and three to four cabins. The Flybridge has a spacious seating area with two L-shaped sofas and sunbeds. There is an open-air lounge with a table and solarium on the Fordeca.
Features
High racing, comfortable passages on both sides and a wide hull make Bali 4.3 a reliable boat. With a draft of 0.9 meters, it allows you to get close enough to the shore and travel on small canals and rivers. The catamaran is suitable for chartering, small trips with family or friends.
Swimming area
Motor catamaran Bali 4.3 MY, although certified for access to the ocean, is not adapted for transatlantic crossings. If the design is ready for severe weather tests, the fuel tank is the weak point of the boat. In the basic configuration, the fuel reserve is only 800 liters.
