Valeria Kovalenko's Russian ArtTube team won the J/70 Monaco Winter Series, which ended on March 5 in Monaco. The team won the J/70 Monaco Winter Series for the second consecutive year.

Apart from Valeria Kovalenko's team, three other crews participated in the regatta under the Russian flag - Jessie Tanta by Peter Nosov, Jane by Alexander Smaglik and Josette by Dmitry Zaritsky. A total of 53 crews raced in the season's standings, the vast majority of which were from Monaco and Italy.
