For the first time since her launching in April this year, the 67m Benetti Seasense superyacht has been presented to the public and handed over to her owner.

As seen in a recent photo of the boat, she is now equipped with a large number of water toys and a pair of jet skis lurking in the bow.

The process of realisation of the project under the working title of FB268 has brought together several unprecedented events.

Firstly, the development of the interior of Seasense marks the debut for the Los Angeles-based studio Area. In addition, Benetti collaborated for the first time with Cor D. Rover on the design of the boat's exterior. It was also the first time an experienced owner chose a yacht from an Italian shipyard.

The 10.8m wide steel hull and aluminium superstructure is built to Lloyd's Registry standards. The yacht boasts an interior volume of 1,175 gross tons and a maximum draught of 3.2 meters.

Seasense's six cabins can accommodate up to 12 guests and the crew quarters accommodate up to 14 crew members.

The owner communicated his desire to spend a lot of time outdoors, which is why the boat is generously equipped with outdoor relaxation areas.

A prime example of this is the spa pool on the aft main deck. Access and panoramic views are provided by the large sliding glass doors in the saloon.

A second spa pool is located forward on the main deck and is dedicated to the Master suite with two private terraces.

Two Caterpillar 3512 engines providing 1,850 hp will enable the yacht to cruise at a top speed of 15.5 knots. With a fuel capacity of 130,000 liters, the yacht can travel 5,000 miles at an average speed of 12 knots without refueling.

The shipyard is currently working on the 49.8-meter Project Blake, the 63-meter Project Balance and the 69-meter Spectre, all scheduled to be launched next year.
