Deck

High-tech vacuum-assisted composite deck construction using kiln-impregnated epoxy resin, stitched biaxial E-glass and water-resistant 1-inch AIREX C70 foam.

The hull and deck are joined together as a monocoque using cyanoacrylate adhesive with a shear strength of 1.5 tons per square inch and with mechanical attachments for the gunwale rail at 20-25 cm spacing

Exceptionally strong, fully molded (inside and out) deckhouse / windshield posts with gelcoat and rigid roof.
