Silver Cup races in Dragon class ended in St. Petersburg. 20 crews from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod took part in the competition. The overall classification with "dry" result was won by the titled crew of Anatoly Loginov RUS27 "Annapurna". The Classic fleet, where boats built before 1972 are competing, was headed by the crew of Victor Los RUS 22 "Phoenix".
