About Aventura Catamarans

History of Aventura Catamarans

In the early 2000s, a new multihull manufacturer, the French SGTI, entered the market and later launched the Aventura Catamarans brand. The shipyard took the niche of sailing catamarans and became popular with the Camping Cat 23 and Diabolo 28 models, which later became Aventura 23 and 28 respectively.

By 2007, the shipyard had set up a design bureau and presented Aventura 20, having fully designed and built the boat on its own. Consequently, with each new model, the company increased the size of vessels and presented multihulls that meet modern trends.

In 2017, the company announced a complete update of its model range. For this purpose, the shipyard invited the famous studio Lasta Design, famous for working on multihulls for the Bali brand. This gave positive results. In short, the new A34 got the Best Catamaran 2019 trophy at the Düsseldorf show.

Current status

Today, the brand stands as an industry stalwart, with a global presence that spans France, Poland, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, the USA, and beyond.

Production of Aventura Catamarans

The company strategically relocated its plant from La Rochelle, France, to a state-of-the-art facility in Tunisia in 2007. This move was instrumental in optimizing production costs while scaling up operations, now employing a dedicated team of over 80 professionals.

Aventura Catamarans' model range

The company's range is an epitome of elegance, offering composite material catamarans ranging from 10 to 15 metres in length. Their sailing cruise catamarans always had spacious deck salons. The motor multihulls, which were added to the portfolio in 2016, also inherited it.
