Brand History

Dutch engineering office P.B. Behage was opened in 1989 and holds a significant position in the shipbuilding industry. Its founder, Piet Behage, is a member of the Dutch Society of Yacht Designers and Marine Architects. He has built a brilliant yacht portfolio and works on both private and commercial projects.

Philosophy

The master's work shows a commitment to Nordic design. Pete blends modern and classic style to create timeless projects that will never go out of fashion.

Specialty

P.B. Behage develops architecture and design for custom and mass production. The studio also designs boats for production under its own brand, usually pocket explorers and Aft-cabin yachts. The company has also noted in the creation of luxury sailing cruising boats and superyachts.

Cooperation with shipyards

The boats designed by Pete Behage are being built at Sluis Jachtbouw and Flevo Shipyards in the Netherlands. In the superyacht segment the company has worked with Benetti.

Landmark projects

In 2009 the 37-meter Grand Cru III (new name Beverley) was launched, which was the first of the World Traveller series by Italian Benetti. With a classic exterior, the vessel can travel up to 3000 miles in one tank.

P.B. Design Bureau Behage works in the small town of Sneek led by Pete Behage. He has built a strong team that knows how to design sailing boats, motor yachts and commercial vessels.
