Selling Brokers Luxury Sailing Yachts
Category Description
Unlike the mass market, premium sailing yachts offer enhanced customization options. The owner can change the layout or redo the interiors with bulkhead positioning almost the only constraint.
Luxury sailing yachts have richer standard equipment. Flush decks, in-mast furling and push-button sail controls operated from the helm position are usually included in standard equipment list as well as hydraulic swimming platform.
Much attention is paid to design and finishing. Clean minimalistic appearance with a low sleek styled saloon coachroof is a mainstream nowadays. To make the yacht aesthetically perfect, luxury boatbuilders pull lines in special housings under the deck and use retracted cleats.
The interior is hand-crafted with exceptional materials. Particular attention is paid to noise and vibration control as well as ventilation and natural light in crew cabins.
Oyster Yachts, Contest Yachts and Wally are iconic luxury sailing brands.
There is a vast selection of new and used luxury sailing yachts on itBoat.com. To list a boat on our platform, go through a brief registration procedure or log in.
How are luxury sailboats built?
The majority of luxury sailing yachts are built from composite. With fiberglass, designers can put into life the most sophisticated forms of hull. GRP boats are also more good looking than steel or aluminum ones. Premium boatbuilders use carbon in structural elements of boats to make hulls stronger and lighter.
There is also a small number of producers who are still using wood to build beautiful classic sailing yachts with Spirit Yachts a prime example of this breed of boatbuilders.
