Company history

The family company, founded in 1980 by Bob and Mary Haines, is built on the traditional values of the British shipbuilding industry. Although traditional values suggest conservatism, the shipyard offers innovative design, durable modern materials and the highest standards of safety.

The company has been awarded several Boating Media Awards for both boats and services, including the prestigious Motorboats» Monthly magazine's Outstanding «Customer Service Award.

Production .

The Haines office and production facility is located in Catfield, Norfolk County, in the east of England.

Ships are built on 6 lines, served by a number of specialized departments. The carpentry department supplies all the handmade furniture, each item of which is made to order, and a separate production line works with composite worktops and GRP components. Varnishing and finishing is done in specialized workshops.

Customers can visit the shipyard at any time to see for themselves the quality of the assembly, select parts and follow the construction progress. The company also offers customers to take pictures of all stages of boat construction.

Model range

Haines Marine offers luxury cruising yachts with hardtop and flybridge lengths from 9 to 13 metres. GRP and composite materials are used in the construction of the yachts, while the interior is made of expensive wood and stone with a vitreous structure, such as avonite.
