Company history

Giancarlo Storti has always had a special love for the sea. He was able to achieve a lot in life, for example, as chairman and technical director of Italy's largest woodworking machinery company. But his long-standing dreams have been fulfilled relatively recently.

By 2013 he had created his first folding tender and founded Extender Srl together with his wife. The new manufacturer was written about in Motonautica, where it was told about a simple, at first glance, design. When the boat is folded up, the central console goes into a special hatch (or bottom) and both halves of the hull fit together tightly. This saves space in the yacht's garage and facilitates transport to the sea when the boat is used as a separate vessel.

The company continues its work, developing new foreign markets.

Production

The company has its own small factory inMotta-Balufina north of Italy. The main office of Extender is also located here. In order to ensure a high level of reliability and to comply with modern trends, the young shipyard uses the services of professionals in their field, from designers to assembly line staff.

Model range

The shipyard's portfolio is represented by RIBs - inflatable boats with lengths from 4 to 6.5 meters. Despite the compact size, the manufacturer does not forget about the comfort of the owner. Each boat has soft seats and sofas, and the largest model is equipped with a bathing platform. For ease of operation and maintenance all tenders are equipped with outboard motors.

Features

The specialists of Extender Srl do not rest on their laurels, they are constantly developing new options that allow to use every inch of space as efficiently as possible. Thus, at the customer's request, additional seats can be installed in the inflatable sections, as well as several color solutions for interior and hull elements.
