Company history

The company Black Sea Yachts, also known as the «Black Sea Yachting»Shipyard, was founded by Alexander Sagaidakov in 2006 in Ukrainian Nikolaev. By that time Alexander had 15 years of management experience in the field of shipbuilding. From the very beginning the company started to build steel and aluminum boats, continuing the traditions of Nikolaev shipyard, which used to work in the same place where Black Sea Yachts is located today.

The first boats of the shipyard became 20 meters sailing yachts «Sonata» and Red«Star. A few more sailing boats were designed and since 2008 Black Sea Yachts has been producing motor yachts.

In 2018 Black Sea» Yachts was named the best shipbuilding enterprise of Ukraine at the European« Business Awards competition.

The production facilities of Black Sea Yachts, as well as its administrative office, are located in Nikolaev, in the south of Ukraine. The city is known for its centuries-old shipbuilding traditions, but all of them belong to the production of large ships.

All boats of the shipyard are certified by European classification societies.

The company has its own design and engineering office. Besides building of boats, the shipyard is engaged in repair and refit of ships.

Model range

Black Sea Yachts produces motor yachts with steel hull and aluminum motor yachts with hull length from 16 to 35 meters. For lovers of quiet sailing the company offers yachts with central or protected cockpit as well as aluminum sailing yachts.

Black Sea Yachts builds modern yachts not only from steel and aluminum, but also from alloys and composite materials. In general, the company's boats are primarily designed for those who do not want to overpay for the European brand. The design of the boats, their sizes and materials used in production allow for long sea voyages.

The company gives 1 year guarantee on the yacht and 20 years guarantee on the hull.
