Company history

«Kalashnikov concern» was founded on the basis of Izhmash«,»legendary for the national defense industry, whose history dates back to 1807. Throughout more than two centuries the enterprise provided with the small arms the Russian army. Nowadays the group of companies is engaged in design and production of weapons, equipment and machinery for military industry. The concern is responsible for more than half of the state orders for the army. The group also supplies products to the private market, including Kalashnikov boats.

Production

Kalashnikov boats are produced at the shipyard. «Vympel» and the Rybinsk s«hipyard. The companies were incorporated into the concern in 2013, immediately after its formation. In 2016 the corporation bought 49% of Rybinsk shipyard shares.«

Kalashnikov plants do not stand still: the enterprises regularly modernize and purchase modern equipment. Therefore, manufactured boats are not inferior to foreign analogues.

Model range

For private clients Kalashnikov shipyard offers a wide range of quality boats, RIBs and yachts from 5 to 25 meters in length. As the basic materials for manufacturing of cases aluminium alloys and fiberglass are used.
