Turkish shipyard Aegean Yacht was founded in 1976 by Sinan Ozer, who still remains at the helm as the company's director. The company initially built mainly traditional sailing yachts in the region - wooden gulets. Gradually the company switched to more modern boats and entered the international market. Aegean boats are in demand in Europe, Africa, America and Asia.
Apart from construction, the company sells used ships and provides charter services.

The plant with a total area of 15,000 sqm is located on the Mediterranean coast in the province of Mugla. The technical capabilities of Aegean Yacht enable the construction and maintenance of vessels up to 80 meters in length.
The company's portfolio includes wooden sailing superyachts and motor boats with steel or aluminium hulls ranging in length from 16 to 66 meters. The company has also marked itself in the construction of motorhomes and hardcore retroparachutes.
Aegean Yacht yard is not limited to certain styles or types of boats. It is easy to take on any project, to carry out it in strict accordance with the customer's requirements, no matter whether it is a classic sailing boat or a modern superyacht.
